The problem I see with this pot is that people see it as art, and not as a teapot. People should buy and use this, not only display it or keep it in a box.

Prices has gone up across the board. I agree its expensive, but it's actually numbered. The plates released last year was 1000 HKD without a set limit. The teapot is also cheaper than all his open edition companions. The problem I see with this pot is that people see it as art, and not as a teapot. People should buy and use this, not only display it or keep it in a box. |

I think it would go lovely w/ any grandmothers tea and biscuits.
Joking aside, anything KAWS has resale value if your intent is to flip. It would be a MUCH better piece if the art was hi-lighted in black IMHO. I’d be tempted if it had a bit of color. Not to flip, but to own.
