I've been collecting all urban stickers for years

There is one on eBay at the moment which appears to have a totally plain back. I think the answer is that they got many batches of these printed at different times and just used whatever they had as backs. I think people know you well enough here to trust that yours are authentic.

If you could do me a favour and post some pictures of them on this thread or the other one, we can start to build up a resource and info for people to check theirs. 

I'll post my info in the other thread here as well at some point so anyone searching will likely come across it. (I couldn't work out how to get my post in the Bansky Stickers section).

I used to have loads though all given away over the years. However I did find one in a book which I've had framed....

Could you post pictures. I suspect that there are load of different versions out there. I think it would be really good to get all of them here, so anyone looking in the future can see them.

for what its worth, that is most likely due to the dude holding a beer in one hand while pulling a squeegee with the other, thus more pressure on one side depositing more ink one one side versus other. this is something where "artist" people usually say, " I meant to do it that way"  Faile is a great example of this. no 2  prints ever the same. a I know it seems  crazy as  prints usually should be the same,  but   something about each one looking different is what like.  In this example, I also love the use of  crack and peel sticker paper  that was stolen I mean  bought from a regular office supply store versus sticker vinyl bought at a sign or art supply  shop.   It is  great to see early works from artist and what materials  they used when the did not have much money to spend on supplys as all the money went to food and rent* Rent  only when they were not crashing on a friends couch. Or  in this  case  on tour as a roadie.

 

Hi - I have two small 'Americans Working Overhead stickers' which I know are legit as I bought them myself from the Oxfam store opposite Bristol Museum during the Banksy exhibition. Just posting here because they have Starliner, not Fasson, written on the back - hope of help/interest. Cheers, Paul

Some of the big ones were defo on another brand, I think Avery but I can't remember off the top of my head

The big Neighbourhood Watch sticker from the Oxfam shop were on Xerox backing.

I have 3 of the Authorised Graffiti Area stickers from 2004. They were free at Magna book shop in Shoreditch back in the day on the counter when you purchased a book from there so I bought 3 books and took 3 stickers and have kept them mint ever since (somewhere pressed in my Neville Brody book that I bought at the time) I remember them being mini digital prints on a matt paper stock...must dig them out...

These look really good framed. A great entry level piece of Banksy art.

In a world where unsigned Banksy prints routinely sell for £ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!, I think the stickers (which are basically small adhesive prints) are still hugely underrated.

I've got one of each.

I'm looking into what they're worth now, anyone got any ideas?
