It was a night job to make extra money and pay off debt in my early 20s. Thatโs what sent me down a better financial path. A path that opened my eyes to the injustices of the black and minority communities as I worked with them, rolled blunts with them talked about the issues... and we did defend ourselves against multiple attackers, multiple times. I also took out 2 rednecks with confederate flag suspenders at a White Zombie concert because they came at my Korean friend. Want more, I am a 2nd degree black belt in Kenpo attained in the past 15 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Management... Quantitative Business Analysis was a b**chof a class. Obtained in my 30s. Iโve traveled the world. Iโve been to 10 countries other than the US including Mexico, Switzerland, Portugal ,and South Africa... its amazing how much you can do in life when you try.... I learned this later in life and try to help others sorry I never told you. Whatโs even more amazing is when you help others and they reach back out thanking you as they bought their first house or rental or were promoted at work. Itโs amazing when you try, you should try it sometime. Use your white privilege for good.

And I fully accept there is a problem but the causes and solutions are far more difficult to define than what is being portrayed. this is why there needs to be change , the world is watching , the governments cannot control what is presented to the public as we have the power of the internet to share Real news , the handling of the situation of the pandemic and the riots will cause people to vote for change , regarding celebs they can introduce discussion the same as what has happened here once banksy released the image for the current cause , it was pretty silent before hand ?

never lose hope , once lost , progression will cease , hope drives passion which fuels momentum for change.. Positive behaviour responses are already being made , accountability and reflection on ones actions is being analysed and adjusted for the better , more awareness and discussion in the general population is being had so although no government policy change is being made yet , positive change is occurring

No matter who is in charge and what policies you have in place ,if you have a bad employee , they will disregard the system .
Sexual harassment in the workplace , there are many rules of conduct in policy provided by HR , people know what is expected of conduct in the workplace , society as a whole knows what is excepted and expectations on standards of conduct in the workplace yet these behaviours still occur in the workplace .
Part of the problem is people need an understanding and education of the causes ,not just rules and policies to be set in place , if it were a perfect society with rules and regulations there would be no crime .

Why do celebrities find they have to jump on the band wagon when people stand up against injustices? Before all this my mind set was ALL lives matter and it still is. As a disabled person and also suffering PTSD I reached out to Banksy. He ignored me obviously only some peoples lives matter. Too much talk the talk and not enough walk the walk, I think
