If I get one Iโll be very happy indeed. Been struggling to get one of his canvasses for ages but this would more than make up for it.

I would say ยฃ2k is cheap for the Kapoor considering galleries are 3.5k plus on these - mine is sold now by the way. Not sure the Clcok is hand painted, it is on metal, so wouldn't think so. |

A clock is an instrument that measures an aspect of the earthโs relationship with the sun. Time is defined by duration, then measured and standardized by a clock. However, a clock offers nothing to explain what time feels like.
I hope this instrument records or reflects time as an arbitrary experience. Whether itโs from an individual or collective perspective, time slips away, races forward, drags, flys and stands still.
โInstrumentโ is a hand wound โclockโ which is set at will and can operate for up to 7 days before needing to be rewound. The planets and cars in the image rotate and change color. This is my contribution to an innumerable amount of objects that have attempted to anchor us within a partially undefined aspect of reality.
