Echo of a Mr bumsore a few years back telling us stik was sh1t and easy to draw. So what. My opinion: Mr. Doodle: I donโt disagree, I find it nice and funny, but I wouldnโt pay much for his artwork. Maybe if I know him more I change my opinion (to either side, or not) Stik: Iโve always loved his work. And from the moment I bought and read the book, I saw all the expressions he could give to his doodles. I donโt think itโs easy to express so much things with โjust four lines, a round, a rectangle and two dotsโ. It may seem easy, but I think you need to be an artist to do it as he does Anyway, I must say Iโm a low budgeted collector. So, people with lot of money can have a similar opinion, but still buy. Maybe I would if I were rich, unfortunately weโll never know

That might be the reason for the higher auction values in Asia.

Feel a bit stupid for not buying original work when you could get it on his site for, I think, about ยฃ100 or so. Considered it several times and thought, 'Nah, it's cute but it's his ability to just keep drawing without stopping that's impressive, not the actual final picture'. Never expected to him to become a big deal. Shows what I know. Good for him.

Something seems really off about this. You hardly ever see big bids this early in an ebay auction. If I had to put money on it my guess would be shill bidding in the hopes of stirring up fomo in someone with more money than sense so they make a bid.
Could be wrong and we could see these all being sold for ยฃ4k+ but something doesn't sit right about a flurry of bids that early in a 10 day auction.
