Having missed out I contacted the gallery and understand that all those that want one should be able to get one as lots more will be available - currently there are 31 colours available but there will eventually be 100 colours to choose from. Originals at a very affordable price point ... what's not to like? The idea could catch on! |

If anyone changes their mind about the small canvases and/or wants some extra cash get in touch I know they are a thing of great delight, but with lots more to come you're better of waiting it out, or contact the gallery rather than pay extra to "someone who's changed their mind." |

I asked  . Rather a new canvas line has been introduced with the idea that everyone who wants an original should be able to afford one. So hopefully more of us will get lucky.

As mentioned, no price drop, it was just something they wanted to do to make Thierry more accessible to people who couldn't normally afford one of his OG's. Which is a nice touch to be fair.
Here's the info...
"There are new micro canvases and these are planned to be ยฃ50. There are currently 31 colours but soon there will be 100 colours. They are 7cm by 10cm and feature colour and line only.
Comparable Thierry canvases have not been at this price point before.
We are going to sell around 10,000 of these around the world in the next year or so. It is a democratisation of art so that everyone can own an original by Thierry.
The higher prices are for the detailed mini musician canvases which have a lot of work in them - these range from ยฃ350 to ยฃ450 depending on the piece. These are 15cm by 15cm and are classic. "

Yeah that's where I bought from. They had 4 left when I inquired. They don't know a set number that will be produced.

Thierry was there painting some more bits and they had lots of the mini canvases if anyone wants to get one. They are ยฃ70, but come nice framed in a white box frame.
