Often people like something because it’s expensive. No one was buying these a few months ago when they were cheap. What he’s selling now, he’s had archived for years!
All through the start of lockdown he was non stop pushing his Berlin Wall pieces which didn't seem to ever run out, now its prints for a few grand that sell instantly. Crazy.
This whole Thierry Noir thing really demonstrates an interesting phenomenon it art collecting. Often people like something because it’s expensive. This guy has more history and style than 90% of the rest of urban artists, in addition to not copying anyone like most do. He's a real artist with a real street career.

If you don’t like it keep quiet, personally it’s instantly recognisable and strong colours and he had a long/great background on something very meaningful. Why shouldn’t his art be worth lots, just like other artists I’m sure you all collect. I’ve got about 60 artists in my collection and my whole family love my Thierry!

Love the canvas on my wall, personally dedicated by him to my wife and I, we bought it after a lovely morning at his studio talking about Berlin in the 80s.

I’ve loved the work for years.... he is a part of history , not just art history.

but as we’ve seen the urban art market has drastically changed since June 20 and he has been a beneficiary. I hadn’t heard of him, or mr doodle, but I like what they do and want to get involved!

The artist has been selling whatever is left of these sold out prints for £2,020-£4000+ without a frame, so I am asking for £2,000 / $2,630 OBO with framing included. I will ship from either Los Angeles or Miami depending on the buyer's location to save them money (I will be moving to Miami in a week).

I have one of his pictures hanging up in our stairwell, its an AP of Flowers for the people of Berlin. It is not for sale and never will be.
I think I paid 200 quid for it a few years ago.
