Thierry Noir π¨π΅ Berlin Wall β’ French Street Arist , by ripart on Jul 15, 2021 16:55:07 GMT 1, Once there is take up of Thierry Noir from Sotheby's and Christie's at an international level the tit for tat squabbles on here about Thierry Noir's pricing levels are no doubt going to look a little silly. The potential of Thierry Noir on the international market is utterly bonkers. The rather major issue that is being overlooked in your razor sharp analysis is that there are genuinely thousands of his canvases in existence. He has made a career of putting affordable art in the hands of the masses. You canβt manufacture exclusivity where there is none. I have over a dozen Noir pieces, including 3 in the downstairs toilet. Theyβre great and Iβm as keen on them as Iβve ever been, but I canβt pretend theyβre something theyβre not.
we would love to see them! although I am afraid that his collection of noir heads must be similar to that of his father Rufio ...

I totally agree. We would love to see you. How many? More than a dozen? Counting those in the bathroom or not counting them? And how many do you say are in the market? Tens of thousands? If you say that you have so many I suppose that you have turned them around and have seen that they have a reference number, right? This reference says: TN-00XXX Until very recently. That is, Thierry Noir and a 5-digit number. And if you have so many works, you will know that this number is the inventory number of all the works that Noir had created for years and years in his Berlin studio and that have been sold mainly via London. This reference encompasses a large part of the works kept for more than 30 years by Noir in his studio, plus the works of new creation, including paintings, graphic works, micro-canvases, pieces of wall, etc. The inventories did not reach 1000 works. which have been selling these years. Let me tell you that everything you say is very strange, my friend.

I appreciate that you are may be another bot who has registered here just to talk about Thierry, but I wanted to say that I have 3 pieces of original art bought directly from him or his studio, and none of them have these reference numbers. So anyone reading this message and wondering if their artwork is fake if it doesnβt contain these numbers, do not be alarmed. There is lots of misinformation in this thread.
Sorry if I was misunderstood, of course there are non-inventoried works sold by Noir directly in the studio and galleries years ago, but not as many as my friend claims. Greetings

Thierry Noir π¨π΅ Berlin Wall β’ French Street Arist , by Street Collector on Jul 15, 2021 18:31:31 GMT 1, Don't worry, I haven't taken it wrong. All the information we can have is good. I try to say what I know rigorously, I like to use it and that is why I also demand it. It was commented that everything that was left was exposed in the exhibition 'Protein'. Best regards.

I try to say what I know rigorously, I like to use it and that is why I also demand it. It was commented that everything that was left was exposed in the exhibition 'Protein'. Best regards. Ok. I think it might be good if you edited your first post as you seemed to be saying that all of his works were numbered TNXXX, meaning there were less than 1000 works, but we know that is not the case. There are several recent works on ebay at the moment, and any photos showing the back are also missing this reference number. I think it is a red herring. If you appreciate rigour (as I do) then perhaps delete or correct your misinformation. Thank you and good luck.
My information is not wrong. I have said that this serial number covers 'some of the old work' and most of the creation work in recent years. I think it is understood and is valuable information that helps to approximate the number of study papers. But to make it clear that no one is alarmed if they see a canvas without a serial number because there will be as many or more than serial numbers, But in no case that exaggeration.

You're right, it's 5 numbers. I said three because in my case the first 2 are two zeros and I omitted them. TN-00XXX. The highest I have seen goes over 1000 for a few units. If anyone can shed light on this topic, I am delighted to learn more.

Terryfuckwitt It must be keyser soze. He is the biggest hater in the whole forum, every time I enter a thread there he is, with his bow and arrow throwing hatred and giving the ass. You may also have other accounts like Rufio to discharge your bile without having to show your face, or you may just be a failed artist who can't stand the success of other colleagues. People / bots like this better to have them well away!

Thierry Noir π¨π΅ Berlin Wall β’ French Street Arist , by ubl on Jul 19, 2021 9:13:50 GMT 1, Every day reading this thread I am disliking my Thierry Noir more and more. Im just starting to feel its souvenir art with cheap manufactured "value" talk marketing. Where to these people keep on coming from that exclusively post in the Thierry Noir thread ? And most people are not talking the artist down because of what they think its worth. In fact value has nothing to do with whether I like or dislike the art. Couldn't care if it was 50 or 50000 quid.

Yep, and I'm not going through a rabbithole discussion about nothing with you dude. Someone thats joined a couple of months ago and only posts in Thierry Noir threads trying to keep the threads active looks like bad orchestrated marketing. Other then that the content of whats being posted is really boring and doesn't add anything to the forum.
