I am not a cocorico guy nor kind of protectionnist/ukip one etc.. , beginning a battle Europe/UK/USA/RestoftheWorld ( a Beijing guy is doing a real mess with me at the moment, saying that my book has not been well packaged, destroyed, etc... ) , anywyay, with all these shipping problems ( 3 paypal cases opened at the moment because of waiting ! ) and changes - we don't sell bananas and do not cover them of invicible products -, I think that I could understand galeries or website shops ( I did not received my Skateboard Pennant too, in th air maybe ! ) , prefering to sell " inside " , or to choose " to pick up ", because all this REAL SHIPPING MESS at the moment ! Never saw that in my life !
But this is not a good reason too, to stop all exchanges ! All art collectors should be hands in hands.
Anyway, I think that this could be a reason ( I don't agree too, but Covid+Brexit+Vat+ etc etc ) ... Post offices in France are employint at the moment, everbody, most of youths, for the first time; just because they are overbooked ....

now that is funny. if history is any lesson, i'd say the opposite is true. at least the purchasing done online may minimize the fist fights and public onsale shutdown like the last invader release.

Meaning that carting the item wont reserve it. You need to go through all the checkout process steps.
