By far the best from the show, and if I'm not mistaken, it was around $40,000 for the original.
I'm seriously strapped for cash right now, but damn I want this thing bad!
Shipping cost are about right. It seems high, but the print is huge and that little bit of extra width, length, and weight in the tube sends the cost way up to ship. Blame OPEC.
It was the same price to have the LA MIcallef prints shipped from the UK here. and the same price to ship it back.

I don't know of you had the same problem as me. I tried to pay directly using a credit card but "it" kept saying the address verification failed and to try again in 5 minutes. In the end I went via the Paypal route, even though I hate ebay/Paypal.
Looks like an excellent print of an iconic image - love the colour.

I know art is in the eye but I really dont understand how Shepard's work hasnt caught on in the UK like it has in the US. Sure the new once a week releases are sub-par but there are alot of really great older releases (and the occassional new release, for what? 17 pounds plus shipping).

And if you aren't allergic to giclee like a ton of people on this board seem to be, the Ben Tour "Zora" piece up there is gorgeous in the flesh. I just got mine. Oh... and Black Market's shipping practices are super safe.

The colour is a lush orangy red and the print and isn't as harsh as the image on his site. Still smells great too after an hour out of the tube!
