I've always been a kinsey fan and own a couple of originals and many prints. His prints are definately hit and miss because there are some I really really like and others that I really really don't like. Anyway, what is interesting is that his prints really sell out no matter what. Even when they pull that crap where they keep making more available. When an artist is all hype, that technique of slowly releasing the edition throughout the day pretty much kills the hype sale. Perfect example: Ian francis prints still available. It would have sold out that day if they were all made available at the same time...instead, they're still hanging around. Those kinsey prints still sell out! He doesn't get much attention on this forum, but his fans are loyal. Does anyone agree with that??

Glad to hear you're a fan of Kinseys. Here is what really happens: we release all the prints we are going to sell at the same time. The sporadic availability toward the end of the run is due to the automated Ultracart inventory system which removes items from inventory as they are added to individual carts. If people sit there and don't finish the process or walk away from their computer w/o dumping their carts the items are stuck in limbo until a "flush" is done by the program (every 60 mins) which then throws them back into inventory.
We are actually having a work-around programmed this very minute because it's as frustrating to us as it is to you.

i also think it works as a print. and i'm amazed by the quality that his printers can get to. i've a couple of kinsey prints and they're really incredibly well printed.
