I'm not the only one who thinks this way but I will for sure take the flack for years to come.
The way I look at it, if anyone on here for any reason feels something is not right they are better off saying something before the shit hits the fan.
I'm sure if shadowman is genuine he will understand and we can move on.

I don't think @shadowman would spend so much time and effort to reply and set this up unless his intentions were genuine. He's trying to help us. If it succeeds or not just appreciate it for what it is.
My 2c is that it's much easier to stiff someone on a high value artwork if you were a true scammer...
Either way, we're all hungry for rare pieces or a deal on the forums. That's the nature of collecting. If you want a rare piece at a good price there are hoops to jump through and possible risk. If you don't want all the trouble then by all means go buy from a gallery.

So unless I missed the rise in prices of the crying gypsy boy paintings I think I would be fine.

I'm all for innocent until proven guilty, but prevention is better than cure.
What would people here think if after something went wrong, they all came out and said 'oh I had my suspicions about that guy'. You would all be saying 'why didn't you say something at the time'.
It's not just about scamming people for money either, sometimes there are other motives.

We are all adults here on this forum and must have some sense to have some financial worth to Be able to spend ridiculous sums of money on art And related artwork ,Peckham rocks for example
We have logical thought and we are able to take risk aversion on everyday purchases
Maybe someone could look at it as one might of bought a load of books and hoping to make a financial gain but the competition is selling at cost?slate the competition to have the market share

Irl was quick to put his neck on the line when a member here was selling fake Hambleton works a while back and was right in doing so, as they were proven to be fakes.
