"These are limited edition items but they were made in a rather large quantity. This means that they shouldn't sell out anytime soon but once they are sold out, they're sold out for good." (they would not tell me the edition sizes.) 2. There are two DVD's on their shop. They confirmed that the image below is what each DVD box has in them 
And that's exactly what came in the DVD that I just received in the mail in the US from Target.com in case anyone is interested.

Er - this didn't seem to work here and I think this is most probably inaccurate!

Same here, to my knowledge the only other realease (with extras) which I know of, is the Canadian which is like the UK limited edition without the 2D glasses.

The book is "We are all fakes", edited by F. Baiardi.
Normal edition about โฌ9,00, edition with the booklet about โฌ14,00.
