the new site dispatched orders in 24 hours. Some have had it next day.
whats the issue? Delivery issues are not always down to the sender, sometimes the recipient is oblivious to missed delivery or return due to non collection etc.

You would get a lot of those notes up on a B2/B1 sheet and would cost him less than £1k to print thousands of them! Hes not printing them, the accusations are laughable

Many customers were waiting months for their order to even be dispatched if at all. They emailed and were ignored or fobbed off. I believe some people who didn't dispute payment with their bank are still waiting in hope. Then there was the issue of orders arriving but contents ie. the note itself actually missing.
Obviously there are unprecedented difficulties due to covid, but I'm not sure if that is an acceptable excuse if they're clearly still running sales and so on. With the new edition arriving so quickly that's a positive sign, and hopefully people who have waited so patiently will finally be sorted.
Anyhow, praise away, you know which side of the bread is buttered.

I thought it was worth letting you know something just in case you’re furiously ‘F5-ing’ and refreshing your screens watching out for new drops…
I’m going to move forward with the model of doing a monthly drop.
Stuff found on my journeys, down the back of the sofa, or created at the new Laz Studio will drop on Laz Emporium on the 3rd of each month, whatever day of the week that is, at whatever time I feel.
That way we don’t need to keep bombarding you with emails, for one thing.
We have fulfilled over 10,000 orders in the past few months and our family operation is pushed to distraction. We have personally contacted anyone with ordering issues, and the team will be especially sharp when it comes to deliveries and fulfilment in the future.
The best way to get in touch if you have any problems is to email info@lazemporium.com. That way, your enquiry will go straight to the team member dealing with this area.
