Comes down to proof of purchase/provenance. Faking the exact printing of these maps on unfolded paper wouldn't be worth the effort.

The 2 from the secondary market I would have no solid proof off only. I think there were LA prints that came unsigned, and in that regard you have a solid point, although I donโt think it would be feasible to try sign an unsigned print of such a small number and hope to profit from it.
