look up Moriyama if you don't know him, his prints are rarely for sale like this. How many artists on this site have had a massive exhibition at the Tate?
Buy if you like, no need to snark...

Very true. It's good value for his work, but you certainly couldn't flip it for double the money either. I don't think that is the answer the lurkers are looking for.... Generally photography is not really 'flippable'

I would argue and say there is good money in his work but buyers of this type of art is not on ebay. commissioning them through an auction house or artsy gallery would be the way to go if you were looking to sell IMO. Mine will be framed but one day i may sell to buy other works.
