Absolute con - they get more business as they look cheaper than those that charge a handling fee to the Shipper, and rely on people just blindly paying it. never do.

Iโm going to pass. plus the fedex bill after For future reference, you can email them and ask them to remove it - state that the fee is added on by fedex without your knowledge or any form of notice of it and they should be including that fee in the shipping costs and not hitting the customer with it. They remove it every time without fail.
