But lets drop this impossible argument. Not disagreeing with you. As you say: everything is relative. In your case you choose to talk the value down by referring to the hammer rather than final price. My original point was that the Christies Girl With Balloon canvas (albeit the diptych) sold for £1m above the previous Girl With Balloon single canvas back in June. |
