I read it as in 'If life gives you lemons make lemonade' ...also going out on a limb here but there is a Grace Jones exhibition on in Nottingham featuring many artists Banksy has a connection to and it just so happens Grace Jones is one of the worlds finest hula hoopers.

That tag is on the telecom box to the left of the stencil, out of frame.. pretty sure itโs says Drink ๐บ then again itโs subjective lol |
