Anyway, Santa have been cancelled a year no ? two years ago i think ? And it was - it still have been Coach the real Santa. Matmath only took his place this year;.. Yes there are limits, and well, I have always been generous and great with my " ex elves " !
But, I won't tell names, it was not the same at the opposite...
Anyway we are not here to judge, the only thing that can be wrong is when the orther part does not send anything, or pancakes...
I understand what you mean. But I always take pride in gathering cool gifts. Not only for the gang here on UAA but also for friends and family. So when my Secret Santa sends me two robot stamps and a Banksy magazine I would it find it very hard not to judge :-)

Anyway I have had worst than a Bansky magazine and/or stamps ( as stickers and postcards 100 times received before as extras or gifts ( the famous Kate Moss, I hade 8, at the end ! ) , but I did not judge the guys, a gift is a gift.
I even know that some ( I won't name them) sent their own artworks for Santa... Easy... I have plenty ).
Anyway, I would not refuse certain magazines or stamps as these ones  .... At a moment I have had 5 Alert/crash singles at 20 euros, Think tank digipack, OObserver ones, etc... I sent some, look at the price now.. Same for banksy flyers, postcards, lps etc..
Just talking you see, I know that we are all looking for the holly grail and magical moment ( that's natural ) but.. anyway Santa is basically for charity, poor people and love of course !

Well, I don't think that Santa is for charity, poor people and love, but I am nog going to argue with you about that. That surely will make one of us angry. And as a wise man once said: anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. We don't need anymore of that, do we?

I don't know yet what to send... I have a lot of real private troubles at the mo' but i will...
And to think about your post about the Invader magazine ( it's not a magazine anyway, a litlle gem for me, it's a really lovely little book,) .. I think that it's better for everybody to receive one of those ( Plus a lot etc etc ) , instead of those scandalous ( I will denounce that on SM ) print by this Albarn ( what does it sing now ? nothing... ) , that is rubbish : I paid 24 quid for just a kind of photo - not with the lp - folded in the middle with a hole in the corner ( cardboard/shipping were scandalous) ..
They lied, it was a 1100 ed. not a 1000 ex one.
Really worrying, Damon, as a lot of artists, editors, galeries, that don't care anymore about the quality of what they sell ! ( we saw that, with a lot of artworks these year ( I m not alnone to denounce that) : creases everywhere, prints, stamps, mini prints, lp etc etc ) ..
We should all boycott them, they ship spoiled art. They don't care at all of all ! as a malediction... as a benediction ( for them ) ....
Ah ! JUst ! we have to mention it or them : PERROTIN and Barry Mc Gee are on the top of the top ! best quality poster ( it's not ; a print rather ) of the year ! !!
