Streetarted2020 15. buttercupnyc 16. sgolby 17. og list above is solid unless u guys tell me it’s not, thinking of capping it at 20? 25? unless y’all want more time/ppl involved…. in my experience the smaller these things r the better (that’s what she said) so it’s really up in the air, i rather lock it all up 2mrw and draw names then as well, so we all have plenty of time n ZERO excuses 2 not send well, send early, n send with tracking… as far as customs n taxing n value, that’s up 2 y’all as well, i have no problems like that in the US, n personally i’m marking low value if i pull a name 4 myself across the pond…. lastly as far as value? dealers choice…. don’t b a cunt and send a 5$ art postcard, but on the flip side, no need 2 send a print worth a thousand pounds…. i’m not setting a limit, high or low, as gift giving is a very personal thing, a very revealing thing about one’s self, since secret santa is anonymous by nature, u don’t know who’s sending you anything, maybe never will if your santa never reveals their identity, i just ask that everybody participating post what they got, with pics, or a detailed description, when the time arrives…. also i’d like 2 keep it fully anonymous unless y’all don’t…. so let’s give an example…. player G gets player E…. i would take E’s mailing info myself, then transmit that to G, so only i know who G is, player E doesn’t know who he’s sending 2, and so on n so forth…. that’s gonna b a lotta work 4 me but i’m fine with that…. here’s another option…. once i draw names and everyone is paired up, i can just reveal them connect all the senders 2 receivers…. it won’t b “secret” anymore but maybe y’all prefer that? i’ve personally never run a SS b4 so keep that in mind, so feel free 2 suggest away below, democracy rules n majority vote has it 🇺🇸 This might make it easier for you, people can add addresses etc www.drawnames.co.uk/draw-names-post |
