Not me (in the UK) but here is what they replied to me when I reached out to them end of Sept. after 0 communication after my purchase : "The print is on its way to the artist for signature, after which we'll contact you to arrange for shipping of the work. Please give us another week or so until production is complete." |

The issue is itโs sent flat packed not tubed! Hence the shipping cost etc.
