Good luck sorting it. I had an expensive package go missing a couple of years ago. I was in all day waiting for delivery and then phoned courier to be told it was delivered and signed for by me! I asked to see proof of signature and it was my name but not my signature. I spent a few days seriously pissed, knowing that it hadn't been delivered but being told otherwise. About 3 or 4 days later, someone rang my bell saying that it was found in their carport. They lived about half a mile from my house with a house name nothing like mine. Fuckwitts!
