From Jan 1, 2021 if item imported into UK costs above ยฃ135,the process for paying vat remains the same as before.
If item imported costs ยฃ135 and below, the seller has to register for and collect VAT on behalf of HMRC.
If you are from the UK and bought one plate, artwareeditions need to register for and collect VAT before shipping or risk getting the shipment getting delayed or denied at the border. If you are from the UK and bought two plates or more,then expect a notice from HMRC to pay up bitches.
