This being said... Do you have an iPhone or Apple computer? Do you use Google? Do you use Facebook? If you answered no to all these questions then you truly are an amazing person and well above us all. If not, take a long hard look at yourself before preaching. At least Amazon doesn't charge me 30 EUR shipping with the chance my order might be cancelled. your comment reminded me this

I think it's a bit rich of you to admit you might not be able to process orders placed with your company and ask people to contact you if they ordered another copy as a safety net.

Our target is allowed everyone to have a books with condition, restrictions we received from publisher.
If you have the book from on other company, thank's to send an email to contact@soldart.com We give the priority to Collector who's just buy for they own collection, not for resale. Who said I resale? I would gift it to friends or other fellow collectors who missed out or cancel my order if I got allocated. Not everyone is here for making a quick buck... There's still some good people out there. Don't forget that with your assumptions.

Fortunately it's not the case of 99,9% of Colletors, right ??
We received orders of 5 and 10 books and we refund them.
After you can say everything about "its a gift" or "it's for my friend"... i'm not here to know the truth or not.
I just apply the limited.

I think it's more greedy overcharging 30-50 euro more for a "well done shipment". But it's my humble opinion; seemly a lot of people like it, so.... I always go for "better safe than sorry".

Obviously anybody buying more than 2 copies is intent on reselling, and if you have at heart so much to ensure these books go to collectors and not flippers maybe you should have limited them to 1 per customer in the first place.
Quite frankly I find your shipping charges extortionate, and I'm not the only one. Your stance reeks of bad faith from where I stand.

The conversation was about someone who bought a single copy from you and placed a backup order with Amazon precisely because you admitted orders placed with Soldart were not guaranteed.
