We don't have access to our back office.
But we printed all invoice before.
So we manage the shipping like this, not the best condition...

- Our website is on the OVH server from Strasbourg, who's meet a "problem" yesterday.
Our website is offline and normally, we hope the situation will be better monday....
- We printed all invoice before so we have access like this and via our email box to the orders.
- We started to prepare orders yesterday and today we will ship them.
- An email will be send to each buyers who have the first edition with tracking number.
- A second email will be send to buyers for the second edition at the end of this week or monday.
It's not necessary to ask where is your order by email.
We manage as well as possible, with technical problem we meet in the same time.

He’s seems very genuine and does what he can to fulfill orders. Not knowing what you will be allocated must be a tricky way to run a preorder.

• I ship the books today
• I just finish to send email to each lucky buyers from the first edition and communicate the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
• Tomorrow, i will send an email to each other buyers, to inform the next steps.
They will have the choice between a refund or wait the second edition.
The condition give us this thuesday by the distributor are : each bookshops are limited to 50 copies, maybe more if the publisher (Artist) decide a new kind of distribution.
We hope that he will release much more than 4000 copies... to stop the resale !!
Actually we don't have more information until the release (announce mid-april)
• Next week, i will process to the refund.
• Like i said, our website is offline and we don't have access to our administrator system, due to the server from OVH company burns. We hope it will be resolve next week...
We only have access to our mailboxes, and we printed each invoice before this big problem.
I do my best to answer to each request, solve problem and much more !!!
