1 would you expect it to be folded or flat
2 would it of been screen printed or lithographically printed
3 what size should it be

If not and it was a version from the flyer pack it would be folded into 6, twice on the vertical and once horizontal. Obviously the unfolded is more desirable.
2) I would imagine Offset lithographic print as with the majority of printed matter.
3) A2, 420mm x 594mm
Price-wise, whatever you feel comfortable paying first and foremost and would be dependent on it's condition and if it is folded or not.
