If you wanted to buy something from ebay would you not just go to ebay?
If you want to sell something here put it here, I have noticed people will offer stuff here as well as ebay but the ebay price will be more expensive

Always has been an issue.
I received 2 damaged print a while back, but no response to email of FB messages.
Only thing you can do is file a claim with PayPal to get a refund, if you have an issue.
He didn't respond to the claim at all. So PayPal will refund for sure.
Too bad really. He makes cool stuff and usually sends and packs everything reasonably fast/well.
But Customer Service is non existing at the moment....

I sent him a direct message on Instagram and he replied straight away saying he was going to sort the issue and he was going to put one aside for me so I didn't miss out, they then sold out. After sending quite a few DM's on Instagram and emails I gave up and was a bit pissed as I had made the effort and was ready to buy on the release day. He finally contacted me over 8 months later asking 'did we get this sorted?' I replied no and again I've not heard back from him. I just had to laugh, such terrible customer service. I used to buy his 24 Hour Art Club prints but gave up buying those as after you'd had paid the wait for the prints got so long it took away the excitement for me.
