Agree it’s not Sotheby’s but would hope all ok with them. Going to view before to get as many facts as possible .

How can I be bumping the sale when I’m going to view one of the fragments I have said I haven’t got.

There is a thread in here also where I asked people to contact me if they are selling any fragments from Riley.

Think your looking for some angle that’s not there.

To be honest and I didn’t want to mention it , it was a fellow members on here who alerted me to this sale , knowing I was looking for Fragment 5.

As someone pointed out , one sold in USA recently in poor condition ( look at condition details) for £9k , so think mine is priced ok. Feel sure if it came up in a major auction house here it would do very well. The sale in the USA is here from a small auction house.

I’m based just outside Liverpool for viewings. I’m at Euston station in London from 3.30-4.30 only if someone wanted to see it there , if you are in London.

Contrary to what people are saying, the USA one was in *not bad* condition When you check the photos and report 'Some roughness to upper left hand corner due to masking tape. Could possibly be conserved.'.
I'd say it was in 'very good' condition.
Having said that, yours looks in better condition but doesn't warrant a near doubling of price by £7k. I think yours is more in the £12k bracket max.

It’s always a drag to say 8 people were interested and making offers only to have to re-post.

Not sure why you compare random prints to that you're selling? Strange.

So a Chicago 8 from 71 sells for 9500 hammer, a fragment print from 72 hammers 12.5 and you're digging yourself a hole to ask £16 in your roundabout thinking 🤣

It’s a strong result for a Coloured Grey, must say didn’t know they were worth this.
