Mine arrived today... tube looked perfect but then when I looked inside they'd squeezed the cap on without pushing the poster in so crushed the corner. I have lovely roll creases all the way up as well, how lucky am I!

Schlomo, I don't think the original listing ever said anything about the logo, all it said was all the tag lines were removed. So we automatically thought that included the logo, I think they realised there mistake and added the bit about their logo.

I'll check on Monday as I managed to save the sales page 4/5 times as the information changed... whenever I buy something I try and save the sales page just for these eventualities. I know, I know, sad but true.

I won't even go into the first order that I never got the emails for so they said if it hadn't gone from my bank account it wasn't successful (I emailed the 'successful' screen I got when ordered). Since making the order again they have now taken money for both orders which I pointed out, they apologised and said they'd refund the first one with 7-10 days... then a beautiful email this morning saying they hadn't had time to cancel the order before they were both sent out so I have to return it before I get my refund!!!!

Still waiting for mine. Regarding the TO logo, from what I've read, they have never said there would be a version without the logo. The "clean" version they mentioned simply meant the removal of the red banner in the middle of the cover. I'm contemplating cancelling the order before the poster even reach me now seeing it's likely to be at least slightly damaged...

EDIT: agentprovocateur pretty much said the same thing a couple of minutes before my post about the "logo" issue...

There's a chance that these are actually the "STREET POSTERS". I.e used on the street...

Still no sign of the magazine though, surely the contents will be out-of-date by the time is arrives.

The overly dominant TO logo on the poster coupled with the fact that the mag will be old news by the time it arrives is very, very bad form.

Now if it arrives damaged too... then i'll post a burning turd on their doorstep, ring the bell and run down Tottenham Court Rd swearing at the sky.

i do recall people getting annoyed with pow for not packaging the prints properly. but also its everything that time out has done, changing editions from limited to not so limited to maybe unlimited?

Those lines are going to be busy on Monday - as far as I'm concerned Time Out have mis-sold the original product, and then to top it, they haven't even been able to deliver that. Looks like somebody high up has seen the interest and decided to double or even quadruple the original print run in order to generate more money without having the basic infrastructure in place to package and deliver the goods. I pay $25 for prints from the US and they arrive in mint condition every time - I expect that here - is that too much to ask?
