Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by sesssion on Mar 8, 2010 12:37:01 GMT 1, I got mine over the counter at the Time Out Tottenham Court Road office. All nice and mint but the poster was rolled and stuck with tape because they had no tubes or rubber bands.

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by barnsy on Mar 8, 2010 13:32:40 GMT 1, Ok, girl from time out just called me and gave this excuse about the edition size being changed............... I asked for a refund and why the edition size had been changed.......
She said...... Banksy himself asked for the edition size to be increased but to not state the edition size. This apparantly was a conversation between Banksy and the Marketing editor, whilst we were all buying them, which is why the edition size changed, then changed again and finally did not state edition size, because Banksy asked for it not to be stated, HE PERSONALLY ASKED THIS HIMSELF TO THE MARKETING EDITOR.. They are happy to issue a refund because they want to respect Banksy's wishes about not stating the total edition size.
That paragraph must go down in history as the biggest load of tosh ever heard on this forum!!! If Banksy was involved which I very much doubt, then he is a bit of a t&*t himself!!
TIME OUT YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by Urban Cowboy on Mar 8, 2010 13:34:40 GMT 1, I am trying to cancel my order and still being told I can't as it isnt in their system yet. I made the order on the 26th Feb and got an email straight away with an order id.
I have just cancelled it (as best you can cancel an order that doesnt exist) on principal now. As it was for charity as well, I will make a donation direct.
In a word....Shambles!

Get a grip, It's £15 purchase and floods of members now want a refund because the edition size has changed. Y'all liked the image until twice or three times as many were produced.I'm pretty sure this poster was meant as a memento of the film, nothing more nothing less.

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by bazzj04 on Mar 8, 2010 13:44:11 GMT 1, I think its more to do with the fact of misleading information and change of information, this is the problem more than anything else, Surely if you have purchased something thinking it was one thing and turns out to be another is not good business. regardless of price, your purchase something you exspect it to be that. if this was a cd for example you had brought , got it sent out and it was a totally differnet artist , would you say o its k only 15 quid ,ill forget it.. ?

To be fair mate, its more the fact that the magazine has still not turned up over a week later (and now the listings are all out of date) despite pre-ordering it before release, and the fact that it seems the majority of posters have turned up f**ked or not at all.

They are contradicting themselves..
They increased the edition size twice (or was it just the once) stating the new amound and then finally took the edition size away, while no doubt increasing the quantity further.
If at Banksy's request they were to increase the size it would have gone..
1250 to unknown (no 5000+).. So they're just making shit up now.
Time Out.. What a mess! You messed up, just admit it!

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by georgec7 on Mar 8, 2010 14:30:30 GMT 1, I just got off the phone to them. Surprise surprise - no record of my order. But they'll pass on my query to the supervisor who will be able to find my order and then get back to me. In my dreams probably. Oh and it's not about the edition size. It's the fact that a poster can't be rolled without looking like somebody has used it for a doormat first. T\out free phone 0800 068 0050

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by graffoto on Mar 8, 2010 17:25:13 GMT 1, The more of you who cancel your order on principle - the lower this edition size is... ;D
I can understand those of you whose posters were damaged - and (I suppose) who insist they weren't just buying the special mag for it's cover but the listings
But this thread is out of control - IT'S A POSTER - They will stop printing them at some point and at that point it will be limited... Time Out only changed the listing so often to keep up with this thread and the speculation.....
Have fun with your refunds....
P.S, Where do I send my Don't Panic poster back to? It's got a tiny dink in the left hand corner which when i stick it to the ceiling in the bog with blutac will be very noticible...
god i need a cup of tea....

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by bullet on Mar 8, 2010 17:27:54 GMT 1, some people dont like spending money on shite, no matter if its £1 or £1000.
its like throwing away £10 i guess onto the street, pissing in the wind.
people expect something to turn up in a good condition. what would you do if you did your weekly shop on tesco online and when it arrived everything was half eaten, would you still pay for it.

Banksy • Time Out Poster • Sydney, London, New York, by fuzzed on Mar 8, 2010 18:02:02 GMT 1, I don't care about edition sizes or anything like that, but when I ordered my magazine 4-5 days before the magazine is released I expected it to arrive on or maybe a day either side of the release date. However, 10 days later I still don't have a magazine and the new one is out after tomorrow.
