was sent this by the gallery today and not a fan of his prices or attitude to be honest. people either have more money than sense or wanted to just give as much to charity as possible and chose this piece to do so.
still just a poster....
Are you always being asked for something for charity auctions / silent auctions by the local schols / charities / noble causes. ?
They always think that it costs you &/ the artist nothing to give them something they will sell for hundreds or thousands.
You get a small mention in the paperwork , but unless you spend a huge amount its usually YOU giving to the charity.

I purchased some of the BANKSY Self Portrait poster prints that he did for Time Out. 5000 were printed .
( Unfortunatly - for some- Time Out damaged 3400 of them when they shipped them out - they FOLDED ! them making them worthless)
They retail at £95.00 each. (unframed) So I can afford to give them away when asked.
BUT
The last three I gave , the first FETCHED £350- for Help the Heroes !
I thought that was good)
Then the second one raised £800- for Epping Hospital Breast Cancer Research ! WOW ! they were pleased I can tell you.
Then someone telephoned me asking for one for a school in Malawi. I'd said I'd give one to charities , so sent it to him and it fetched
£4500-
That is nearly £6K I have facilitated just by giving three posters !
SO - if you would like any to give to charity events that ask you , I can supply them at just £60- each inc COA & POSTAGE , Just look at my website for the image or Email me if you have any questions.
I did not want to put all the details , which I'm happy to supply , or the image & block your inbox if it is of no interest.

I was one of the lucky people a while back who managed to snag this in 'hlarmy's great £99 giveaway 2010' and due to some xmas/birthday art purchases and gifts (CYW white, gold, silver all in a row  ), it is highly unlikely this will go up anytime soon.
As I'm sure you know this is unsigned but numbered from an edition of 500. The price is £99 (exc postage). I'm based in (The Mighty) Milton Keynes, but work in London, so either would be fine for a pickup, please get in touch.
Realise I'm not the most prolific of posters on here, so will be able to provide forum references from a few members who I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I've got one but it's badly battered (thanks Royal Mail). Wondered if it's worth the cost of getting it professionally flattened. It's way nicer than the UK one.
