Donโt take this the wrong way, but if you are that shattered you should have worked harder on communicating with avant and developing a relationship, so you got a pre sale. They are very open about pre selling and want art to go to collectors not eBay.
E mail them, tell them your passion, support their program and make sure they know who you are. Next drop you might not have to stress over.

Everyone at avant is amazing and they really do try to help getting art to true fans hands, their hands were tied on observers, Paul wanted them to be released online nothing they could do

Nothing worse than looking forward to a highly anticipated print to be released, make it thru to purchasing, have it ship only to arrive in a beat up tube / folded flat packed cardboard with significant damage. Never gonna happen with how Christian Avant Arte and the crew package up these prints.
A lot of other companies should take notice how they treat the completed editions when shipping to purchasers. I am sometimes truly surprised with the disrespect shown to the artists and printers of some editions; all the hard work going into the creative collaboration just to have the sales/distribution people do a piss poor job of rolling/tubing/packaging the work.

Couldn't have said it any better, there is another popular print house who sends their stuff In tubes and has issues, definitely its last release lots of pieces came in banged up and they basically told customers to either eat the issue or send in for a full refund. Just a shame it was a really hard drop and they didn't take care of the product they shipped out. Doubt you will ever have that issue w avant and I would happily pay the price to get it here safely

I don't have an issue with the shipping price either, and Avant Arte packing is always top notch, but has you can see there are a lot of difference of shipping price between releases on the website or The Reflexion release , 3xsize and framed for the same price (has far has can see on IG they always came crated) i just want to understand |

That makes two of us! Iโve got a note from TNT saying โShipment delayed in transit recovery actions underwayโ although it has arrived in the UK - it could be that chunky VAT bill theyโre drawing up...
