I spotted Invader-new limited edition marseille invasion book on eBay last night. It’s something like €180 + about €40 postage and the seller has multiple copies.
It’s the first l’ve seen of this book, the listing doesn’t state publisher, page count, what the print run is limited to, RRP or show any images of the pages and as I can’t find any information on the book I wondered if anyone could shed some light?
This is the sellers description:

With me being new on here I should have probably said in my post that no I’m not the seller.
I usually pick up anything relating to invader but in this case it’s far too much money for me to take a punt on so I’d just like to know more about the quality of the content ie is it offering anything new, page count, print run etc and ideally from someone who owns a copy if it’s genuinely worth purchasing. Also if it does turn out to be worth splurging some cash on then any leads to galleries or shops that are selling it for a genuine retail price. If i could find it for like 30 or 40 quid then for me it’s worth adding to the collection regardless but for the eBay price it has to be something pretty special.

I saw this book and emailed the gallery and his owner. I did not have any answer.
I don’t understand why the poster spoke about an eBay link for a 180 € book with this crazy shipping , the original price ( 40 € )
of the book !
Anyway it’s very funny. As the book has been posted on Ig, few days ago, a story appeared today with a link to the Gallery book telling us that it’s already sold out ( first edition )
So it’s a 100 ex book or what ?!
Never heard of this book or gallery before, and already sold out.
Seems a bit weird even if Invader is tagged in the photos.
To conclude, why to post a eBay link at 4 times the price + shipping ( 40 ) on here ?!
This is more than flipping innit ? What is the name ?
If it’s the gallery doing this, it’s not clear, maybe the book has been written sold out ( anyway 40 € + postage for a 140 pages book was not cheap ) to make the hype and then to sell on eBay ?

But if you want to know a bit more about me and as starting this thread was my first post on the forum here goes... My name is Paul, I live in Leeds I have background in fine art, I work within the the arts and heritage sector and I've been collecting art in a very modest way for the last 20+ years. I don't and never have had a large budget to spend on art but I don't see that as a negative as it means my collection grows slowly, evolves in an organic way and most importantly it means that I only buy what I really believe in and feel pasionate about. When I buy a work its a keeper, in fact I've never resold a print/drawing/painting/sculpture in my life. The reason I joined the forum was ironically when searching for information on another Invader book (the forthcoming prints book) just before Christmas and a google search led me here. I saw that there were discussions around a number of artists whom I either collect or interest me so I joined.
The only reason I started this thread was because I hadn't heard anything about this particular book until yeasterday morning when I stumbled across it whilst browsing ebay. I did a google search and it came back with nothing so I thought I'd ask here if anyone had any information about it, if any owners thought it could be worth me adding it to my collection and where it could be purchased at retail price. It certianly wasn't so it could promote or line the pockets of some reseller!

Anyway whoever posted this item in multiple ex. played with the last hype of the last Invader sales as I never saw a book ( unsigned ) at this price, nor shipping at this price ( as I said it’s the price of the book in the gallery - not have had any news from the owner nor gallery - . This book is real of course, it’s only what is flying around that’s sound as The Twilight Zone : sold out already for the first edition, high price, etc..
Even Lefeuvre who is a trusted gallery, sold one 5 years ago a splendid one for 25/30 euros I guess.
The cover is nice of course.
Maybe we will know more ( or it seems as this Bilbao one that I never bought, but it was not at this price ).
For the one on eBay ? No comments, as it’s a ghost annonce too.

Lroy, I saw it on ebay UK but I searched for worldwide sellers who are willing to post to the UK. The seller was located in France and had 5 copies for sale.
The price in the link is not the same as when I first saw it, maybe it was revised?

Not any new book at all, only this Bilbao one ( in fact sans kind of book than this one to answer to a poster that said that he can too à camera, shoot alias and make a book etc ) ...
