Sent my stuff via post in a tube and it comes back repaired and flattened.

I've bought a print that was supposed to be mint but is a little bit "wave-y" as if it's been rolled up for too long and it has a crease as well.
I've tried flattening it myself by putting it in acid-free and placing books on top of it but was thinking that perhaps there's a professional out there that could help me get it in top condition again?
Grateful for any tips in the Greater London area.

When rolled flat it has four nasty C shaped creases down the right hand side.

thought i would ask here rather than just google for art restorer's.
I recently got a print framed (rather expensively), and have noticed ripple'ing of the print under the frame. Unfortunate that it has happened but it is limiting my enjoyment of the print.
can anyone recommend an art restorer SE/ London based, who will open the frame up, remove the ripple effect and put it all back together nicely at a reasonable cost and has a good reputation?
