Since it was supposed to be a Phaidon.com exclusive sale, since they advertised it that way... They should refund Brooklyn orders first and then Phaidon.com orders. I'm sure it won't happen that way.

Got a strange mail by Phaidon Customer Service that landed in my Spam Folder dated at the same time as my cancellation mail. Text as follows "Thank you for your inquiry. One of our representatives will respond within 3 business days."

Anyone else that had his book cancelled got that as well?

Me too. I my opinion a compensation would be appropriate...discount/ voucher or different signed book.

The part in the review about the culture and retail therapy is so true

I’m a big fan of Kaws work, especially the really old work.

It was genius to me back then and opened my eyes to a different type of art that I didn’t know existed.

But today it’s like Supreme or limited sneakers releases..
People buy everything without even looking at it or deciding if they actually like it or not.

You may be aware that copies of the Signed Edition were also available from Brooklyn Museum. Same here. No comment. Surely I can be proved wrong but I think it is difficult to sell more than the stock assigned on shopify.
