Have ordered books multiple times before without any problems, also non signed books, Never had an issue before with phaidon. I even ordered a JR signed book a years ago - again no problems. This is the First time they do stuff like this and i think it s bad Form and bad customer service, Even with the answers they wrote to people on here... makes me doubt buying from them again . |

Reliable company! You do realise they just massively oversold a limited edition book several times over by the look of it, failed to apologise for cancelled orders and now apparently are selling it intermittently again?

I guess they cancelled all oversells to the amount of 1 order per 1 item, then cancelled multiples within the remaining orders and restocking those, that makes the most sense

Likely everyone is using bots to purchase and they are flooding their systems, this is why they need to cancel the orders? Just theories, because I see no other logic behind...
