You also add weight with a good tray. Spend the extra money - at that point -and protect your piece. Iโve seen many and mine all have uv protection. I does NOT add reflection to the piece at all. The tray idea make absolutely no sense with these. Itโs not a painting. Because the Henis are too thin to just put on the wall, in my opinion.ย They do not hold the visual weight of other pieces I have in that room or adjoining rooms.ย They look lost.ย I'm not worried about the UV protection aspect; it's in a dark room and - quite frankly - I do not value the Henis in that way.ย If it fades a little, so be it.ย My life and collection won't be bothered.

Easiest way to check eBay sold prices is with a website called 130point.
Just put the search terms, so in this case "Damien Hirst virtues" or similar and it will generate all sold eBay items with those terms, including the amount paid for offers.

Heya, you used to be able to dig around in the page code to find the price that was actually paid with a "Best Offer Accepted" (which can be considerably lower). That piece of code seems to have been removed now and the websites I've looked at that tell you what has sold on ebay don't seem to do it. Happy to be proved wrong, or shown another method |
