On the basis of the video alone for this Moments exhibition, a reasonable case could be made in favour of hanging the curator.
The incoherence screaming out from just that list of artists is already enough to make me wince:

๐จ ...plus no less than EIGHT original works by Banksy!"
This is a reason why museums should be so wary about opening their spaces to shows organised by dealers with vested interests and stock to sell.

Separate comment on the girl hula-hooping with a tyre, originally painted next to a chained bicycle missing a wheel, near the former Raleigh factory in Nottingham:
It is one thing to go against the artist's express wishes (as confirmed by Pest Control Office), by depriving local residents of half of a site-specific, context-dependent street piece that was created for their benefit.**
But if you choose to go down this path regardless, why not keep basic composition in mind when wielding your angle grinder?
Query whether anyone believes the cropping job below was done by somebody with an artistic eye:
