Interesting they show finished prints on their social media but they expect people to wait at least four months.
If they have the screens, proofs and special paper there’s no excuse not to get these out sooner.

Where we thinking it would be higher or lower? Nothing for a pair. Not in this game.

I was expecting lower, maybe 600 (and also expecting to kick myself for not buying one).
So, part of me is pleased I didn't buy one. But I do like the image still.

Would anyone buy an actual limited edition of 1200 for that price?

I bought one - not based on what size the edition was or wasn’t going to be, but purely because I really like the image. It is very much classic Grayson, at his best - and the printing process this time does it credit - the heavy inks look lush in the images.

I’ll be framing it up and sticking it on my wall. Tbh for circa £900 delivered to the UK you’ll be hard pressed to find anything similar Grayson orientated for same sort of money. Yes it’s not limited to 68 etc but for less than a grand never was going to be - you’d be naive to think it was just going to be an edition of a couple of 100 based on his blue chip profile. I for one am more than happy with my purchase - roll on February 😬

I love the print but I have to be honest when I am spending upwards of £1000 I like to know the edition size before making the purchase.

I bought this as it’s a great image. Absolutely classic Perry and with high production quality. I don’t mind the edition size.
