So, at the hammer price you have to add AT LEAST the 20/25 % (privately) | (auction house 30%)

but if you buy at an auction house you have to pay also the fee…. Not only the hammer price.
if you buy from a private individual, instead, make an average between the final price of the auction house and the hammered one ...
