Do not be fooled by high prices. All Banksy works MUST have a COA (Certificate of Authentication) from PC (Pest Control - Banksy's own authentication company). If they do then proceed with caution. If they do not, then walk away... whatever the price.
I haven't looked at the pieces in question so can't comment on them.

I've chatted with one of the gallery managers in Poland about Banksy. They're getting queries about the prints quite often but people usually cannot believe the prices of the original prints.
There are very few Polish artists selling for more than 400k GBP, so to see some prints sellling for half of that is hard to grasp.
