I still love all the FAILE’s on my walls (I think the Patricks’ overall catalogue is fantastic) and will continue to support them, just not on this print.
maybe just cut the top half off and use that…

It's like they're going backwards. Perhaps it will appear to the Asian market? I dunno, it's weak weak sauce. I'm surprised they're not embarrassed by how amateurish and cliche it is. They have had so many strong and recognisable images/characters and the hands on way of making prints in the past, that it is hard to understand this style. I think the dog deserves more than be thrown into the pile of items like handbags unless I am missing the statement.
It is probably a bit of nostalgia for me but there is nothing better than seeing older Faile prints and originals, so it's a pity they didn't develop on these further.
I can understand artists need to experiment but to release this is strange to me. They have had so many strong and recognisable images/characters and the hands on way of making prints in the past, that it is hard to understand this style. I read in blurps post as following.
1. It’s a cheap print prized only att 200 usd.
2. It’s a timed release.
3. It’s such a crappy motive that the persons actually buying in to this could end up sitting with a cheap and very rare/small editioned print.
I think Blurp actually is on to something…

First Faile I like, but high price, high edition and now not a screen it’s putting me off. I never checked to see if a screen or not I just assumed it would be.
