I stand corrected. I was informed he was filtering the art into Christie’s and it was mainly charitable so huge results being achieved. He has a very strong relationship with them.

A bidder in the States was outbid by a lady in the room. No way was she going home without it.
She never gave anyone a chance and was in straight away after each bid.

When something worth £70,000 sells for £200,000 as an example it makes you wonder how the machine works and who is bidding that..

It’s a no brainer to bid up a work for 500k to prop up value of your inventory. Stik makes very very little work. There is no gallery selling primary work.
