However, if the building this piece was on was truly being torn down then what is the loss to the land owner, Invader or the general public? Isnt this just another kind of salvage that industrious people in the right place at the right time have been doing for donkeys year?
Yes it is true Invader will never authenticate the piece and therefore the principle of caveat emptor should very much be in the forefront of any buyers mind. But if they want it and think its real then isn't it better that it remains enjoyed then goes in a skip and is used for landfill?

I'm heading to Miami this weekend for pleasure mixed with just a sprinkle of work  I was hoping to catch some art while I'm in town (Wynwood Walls?) and wanted to see if any pieces from Invaders 2012 invasion still exist that I can check out.

I wouldn't leave Miami without:
1. Eating patisserie at Chez Bon Bon bakerie in Fontainebleu Hotel.
2. Visiting Perez Art Museum
3. Walking around Wynwood, specifically the Wynwood Walls park thingy.
You also have Lincoln Road and Espanola Way; typical tourit things, that are ok.
