The first time i used them a few years ago, unbenkown to me they used the now defunct Citylink to ship an expensive print. Fortunately it had a bespoke crate which saved it as the crate arrived with multiple footprints all over it covering the red โfragileโ, โno stepโ stencillng.

Aww man. Thank goodness for the bespoke crate but the mind boggles as to how people can be so uncaring about things marked that way. Perhaps thatโs naivety on my part.
I have to confess, it was only fairly recently that I really clocked that FL use a variety of different couriers for delivery. In the last 2-3 weeks Iโve had things arrive from them using Whistl, DPD and Hermes. Canโt even work out why each has had a different courier. Flight Logistics are a bog standard courier service that a lot of people on here rate (and pay for) as a premium carrier. From what I've seen (so far) they are not.I've called their customer services department a couple of times this week and have been properly disappointed with what I've heard from them.
If I knew DHL were going to be delivering this print I'd have rather flown over and got it myself.

Only if you live within a certain distance of their depot do they hand deliver it.
Up to that point its arranged with couriers, always has been.
A door to door courier within london alone is around ยฃ70

I realise this,I used to work for the most expensive courier company of them all. Had I known they'd sub it out to DHL,I would have gladly made the 400+ mile round trip to collect it from LHR,just keeping everything crossed now.

As far as I know Invader usually does not issue any COAs for prints.
