I own Nara and Calleja and I’ll say... this Calleja market is exciting. They’re difficult to buy and if they exchange hands privately it’s typically to someone who already owns a Calleja. The market is unique.

Bill Brady’s push is no joke. Giant list of established buyers. ANd the market is controlled by Javier. By morning signing to a major gallery’s for management they’ve been able to create a real niche I don’t think think 5yrs will do anything but pump prices beyond obtainability
