I’ve stopped being surprised at how much of a mess this release has been but this is still really pretty incredible. Surely that’s a breach of GDPR? My invoice did arrive with the correct address a week or two ago. I didn’t rush to pay it though and was very much in two minds. I won’t be making any efforts to buy anything from then again though and Edgar Plans could really do with making some better choices about who he works with.

I don’t really understand all these ‘links’ that keep popping up? Are you trying to be helpful or is this just a slightly underhand way of furthering yourself in another community? In which case the polite thing would be to be upfront about it.

I'm still wrapping my head around this. Am I right to assume you connect your Metamask wallet to their website (is there any security issues with that?) and that will enter you into the raffle? Then, if all NFT's aren't allocated through the raffle they will open to the public? Is that just a bidding war? Then, some will get listed on OpenSea for secondary and that's just highest bid takes it? Any help would be appreciated! Hirst brought me into the NFT world but I feel it wasn't a traditional "mint".

No security issues with sharing your MetaMask address. If someone asks you for your security words at the same time well that’s a red flag (but not the issue here). A certain % of the NFTs will be sold to the whitelist members which is a presale 1 hour before the raffle sale / public sale. After the WL sale the remaining NFTs are sold to the raffle winners. All the NFTs will be sold on this release - don’t worry. Then a lot of people will directly list their NFTs for resale on the secondary market on OpenSea. And after that only demand will determine the price projection.

Buy it all day long, and enjoy not having to try and win a raffle.

Everything in the NFT world is a risk but this one is pretty low. If it goes as expected, It well raise up to 1-2eth before reveal (maybe more but being conservative), so already a solid/easy profit. This is almost guaranteed to happen (no financial advice but I've never seen an in-demand, sell-out project not do this).
After reveal, it could remain stagnant, start to zoom, all depends on your ranking and quality of output. This is my concern about Plans.

We've seen the 1 offs but how about the normal, regular ranking ones? If they all look the same, could affect demand. This is what happened to Mekaverse. Shot up to 5-6eth pre reveal than dumped down to 1eth after folks saw most looked pretty similar. I'm speculating that these will run into that problem and not have the individuality that the Doodles have. Maybe.

So if you are 100% risk averse, don't do anything 
If you can handle a mild amount of risk, buy and sell before reveal
If you can handle some risk, hold off through reveal and see what happens.

No one has a clue what is going to happen so ignore those who pretend to know.

My advice is only do it if you can afford to lose it as this is a gamble. If you make money, then great.

I think you are putting too much into ‘iconic’ and rarity. If an NFT project is a success all the NFTs go well. It’s all about the owners, supporters, roadmap, art itself and (important) buyers.

I’m so sick of NFT’s, and it’s just begun 😂
