I’m still not getting it. Surely if you have 10ETH of ‘dirty’ money as you say and you buy and sell to yourself all day you still have 10ETH of dirty money at the end (probably minus loads of fees)
Also presumably it’s hard to buy ETH in cash? So at some point that 10ETH of whatever the amount was when you deposited it was already in your bank account?
The only reason I can think of is for tax write offs (showing trading losses) but that wouldn’t be laundering?

I had a quick spot check and each of the buyers I looked at had ‘a lot’ of other NFTs (of the real shite looking / childish kind!). Some were buying multiples of the same edition. I saw one person with 6 copies and not even a matching set. A few had NFTs worth £100k-£250k each.
It is clear that people who buy these NFTs on Opensea have some kind of mental problem and more money than sense.
Like many people on the forum (over the last few weeks), I expect they don’t know the different between an NFT or NFT Deed despite Heni making it completely clear on Opensea.
Congratulations to the ‘Del Boys’ who exploit them, but this project loses its appeal and integrity when it only becomes about money.
Try to enjoy the art peeps (and don’t worry about glitter) as most people couldn’t give a toss if you will make £5 or £50k profit.
This morning, I’m off to my framer to pick up a print I bought, that I like, will go on my wall and doesn’t bother me if it is worth more or less. A surprising concept for some I know. 😀

The best bit is, there's another 7000 odd physicals being made right now.
This is not sustainable for any secondary market if that is your motive. It's just condoned and incentivised flipping on a plate.

This has to be fomo you could have bought these at retail last weekend lol I'm wondering if more people are going to see the Heni exhibition and deciding, "yeah, they're not crap after all. I want one!" Or perhaps It's just the insanity that is NFT collecting. I've seen mediocre artists who sell their prints for £250, who then sell an NFT of their work for 2 or 3K.

Don't get why Sale Ends V2 is priced the same as some average unsigned prints. Given that the edition is lower than the stated 500 you'd have expected it to be priced higher.
