I wouldn't start throwing stones in glass houses. There is many emails (71) and DM (?) messages between us that show you asked $3,000USD for this piece and then I offered $4,000 USD. I sent monies and all of a sudden because of his increased popularity you were unable to send the work. Kept giving the excuse of not receiving the COA. I told you to send the artwork and then the COA later but again this couldn't be done for whatever reason.

You also did not want to send the money back the same way I sent it and instead sent it from two random PayPal accounts instead of just refunding the amount from the PayPal account it was sent to.

I already returned you the full payment and paid you the extra Paypal fees,also already apologized to you. Isn't that enough? What do you want?Do you have to create problems in my forum every time because there is no successful transaction with us? just got a random email blast from Blackwood gallery with 3 available as well. How many are on the market?

BW Gallery is not the only one who has a few, I got offered several pieces these past months. Same pieces circling back again and again for much less than the - funky - auction results. For some reasons they do not move.. People around me were literally buying lots of 3/5 canvases at the time a year or so ago, must be a ton out. 

I'm not sure what sending an image of an email of me saying that I had been offered it again proves. I trusted you would deliver the artwork I paid for and you didn't. You kept giving excuses as to why you couldn't deliver. Then finally when you said you couldn't deliver you sent my money back via two other PayPal accounts and not the original account that should have been refunded. Again I had to chase you for extra payment.

Now a few months later you are trying to sell the same piece again. Wouldn't it have been better to offer me the work at the price we agreed on to make it right? but no... The reason is that Kencut had a jump in pricing so you didn't deliver my artwork and now you are trying to sell it for much higher than was agreed and paid for.

I've been doing this a long time and when I see a blatant lack of what is expected in a transaction I will call you out.

Your right you did return my money and now instead of having $4k USD for a piece you could have sold you don't have anything to show for it and are trying to sell it for much more. Greed won't win the day.

Yes of course, this sales thread is for the very piece I paid for that you didn't deliver. Not sure if you have noticed but there is a description and a picture of the piece in the original post in this thread made by you. I have plenty of proof of the original sale of the work as mentioned in emails, DM's and PayPal transaction that you actually sold me the above piece and didn't deliver as stated.

This was to let people know of you bad practises in the original sale in which you didn't deliver the work I paid for and the dodgy way it all went down. Then I saw you try to sell again in this tread with Kencuts increased popularity. Shame.
